About me
An interpreter between humans and machines — committed to keeping AI in public administration traceable.
I am a computer scientist by training — my degree is the German Diplom-Informatiker (FH), a computer-science degree from a university of applied sciences — and I have supported complex client projects for more than 20 years. My real strength lies where many projects fail: in the translation between what clients need and what engineering builds from it. I listen, structure requirements, and make them tangible for development teams — and I see projects through to success over many years.
I am most at home in public administration, where AI only helps if it is traceable, audit-ready, and compliant with data protection law. My guiding principle: AI as first reviewer, human as decision-maker. I currently build this bridge as Head of Operations at Consiliari GmbH — including at Kontrakte.AI, an AI solution for contract management in the public sector.
The underlying question has been with me for much longer: as CTO of askallo, I was responsible for survey and impact-analysis systems for more than 15 years — for public and state-affiliated institutions in Germany and abroad, from international cooperation to healthcare. Whether it's impact monitoring or contract review — in the end, what counts is that you can trace the results.
I believe AI proves its value when it runs quietly in the background and frees people up for their actual work — not when it shines on stage. And I am open about where the technology reaches its limits today.
Why the public sector? Because institutions that work serve everyone. What drives me is leaving things a little better than I found them — in small ways and in large ones.

For public-sector clients, I contributed to an AI-assisted solution for contract processing. It reviews and analyzes large volumes of contract documents, keeps learning from process data, and noticeably reduces the workload of the teams responsible — with full traceability. Today the solution is available as Kontrakte.AI and in use at several German state authorities and other public-sector clients.
Impact monitoring · askallo
As CTO of askallo, I was responsible for a survey system for more than 15 years, used by institutions in international cooperation, SME development, and healthcare — in Germany and abroad — for impact analysis and multi-year monitoring programs. The same discipline that matters in contract review today: collect data properly, analyze it transparently, report it honestly.
