2. General information on data processing
I process personal data of visitors to this website only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and my content and services. Personal data is regularly processed only with the user's consent or, where obtaining consent is not possible and the processing is permitted by law, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Provision of the website and server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. This typically includes: IP address, date and time of the request, content of the request, access status, volume of data transferred, the browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page (referrer).
This processing serves the technically error-free provision and optimization of the website and the security of the systems, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log file data is stored for a limited period for security reasons and then deleted; no further analysis takes place.
Hosting provider: STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Where required, a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website currently does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes, nor any tracking or analytics tools. Only technically necessary data is processed as part of the server log files (see above). Should this change in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Contact
This website does not contain any contact forms. Clicking on the e-mail address provided merely opens your local e-mail application; the website itself does not collect or store any data in the process. If you contact me by e-mail, I process the data you provide (including your e-mail address, name, and the content of your message) solely to handle your inquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Links to external services
This website links to external third-party services, including LinkedIn, Kontrakte.AI, Consiliari GmbH, Consiliari Software GmbH, YouTube (video recordings of talks), and event organizers' websites. These are plain links without embedded content (no social media plug-ins, no embedded video player); simply visiting this website does not transfer any data to these providers. Only when you actively follow a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about my processing of your personal data — for example, with the supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence, or with the authority responsible for the controller's registered office: The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg), Königstraße 10a, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
8. Validity and changes to this privacy policy
